This Zebra Designs home showcases interesting building materials. Corrugated iron and acrylic stucco with rainscreen accent the exterior. The interior lower floors are coloured and heated concrete. Kitchen countertops are granite and stainless steel. The heat pump, with electric backup, heats and cools the main floor and provides efficient air circulation. The stairs to the roof deck are an unusual feature with maple treads balanced on a single steel stringer. The fireplaces are stunning, as are the lighting and light fixtures.
