This waterfront home is located in the Queenswood area of Victoria. The original scope was to add a kitchen, living room, dining room, and stairs to access a master suite above. By the time we finished the project, the existing house had been completely updated and renovated as well. Designed by Blue Sky Architecture, complete with their trademark curved roof, this was the first project we built and completed for them in 2001. Cabinets are artisan built as are the stair railings. The fireplace is a Rumford and the floor slab is heated with Birch flooring on sleepers. Windows and doors are by Loewen and 3D Joinery.
